Highly recommend this program! It’s easy to follow and simple to stick to. The sequence is great and three days a week is just what I was looking for!

I skipped the leg days and ran instead. Alternated the other two workouts Monday through Thursday. Used this program as more of a guide for 2 back/bi and 2 chest/tri workouts per week

I like the 3 days a week program . I enjoyed the overall aspect of it but I found leg and back day with not enough time for the workout without rushing.

Following other people's trending guides, it's a real cut and paste. Whereas I think I could do slightly different exercises for the whatever muscle group on different weeks to build the muscle better, yet it just stays the same

I started this program my schedule is tight, but I have dumbbells and a bench, so a dumbbell-only workout is perfect. I have to say, my muscle gains on this have exceeded my expectations. Even with sometimes not competing the workouts, I am visibly more muscular.
