V-Taper Architecture is a premium, evidence-based 12-week macrocycle engineered exclusively for maximum muscle hypertrophy and aesthetic physique development. This program completely discards powerlifting-focused barbell compounds and systemic junk volume, replacing them with ultra-stable, high-stimulus-to-fatigue machine, cable, and dumbbell variations that place mechanical tension precisely where it belongs. PROGRAMMING PHILOSOPHY Every exercise selection, sequence, and volume threshold in this program is backed by current exercise science and real-world bodybuilding application. By utilizing chest-supported setups, inclined tracks, and converging machine vectors, the program eliminates core and spinal stability bottlenecks—ensuring your target muscles hit true failure before your nervous system does. THE STRATEGIC 5-DAY ROTATION Unlike generic splits that relegate your lagging muscle groups to the end of a exhausting workout, this program introduces a dedicated Shoulders + Arms (SHARMS) priority day. Placed immediately following a full rest day, your arms and lateral delts are trained with maximum neural drive and structural freshness. - Day 1: Upper A (Chest & Back Focus) - Day 2: Lower A (Quad Focus) - Day 3: Rest & Recovery - Day 4: SHARMS (Shoulders + Arms Priority) - Day 5: Upper B (Back & Chest Focus) - Day 6: Lower B (Posterior Chain Focus) - Day 7: Rest & Recovery THE 12-WEEK PROGRESSION ENGINE Volume is kept in the sweet spot for peak recovery. Rather than forcing you to perform endless redundant sets, progression is driven by a Dynamic Double Progression model combined with intentional, phase-shifted RIR adjustments and training intensifiers: - Weeks 1–3 (Accumulation): Establish technical execution baselines at 1–2 RIR. - Weeks 4–6 (Intensification): Push proximity to the edge. Isolation movements hit true concentric failure (0 RIR). - Weeks 7–9 (High-Tenacity Overload): Introduce lengthened partial repetitions out of the deep stretch position on final isolation sets. - Weeks 10–11 (Functional Overreaching): Maximum effort phase. Compound and isolation movements go to absolute failure, paired with trailing drop-sets to break plateaus. - Week 12 (Resensitization Deload): Systemic fatigue is cleared by slashing working sets by 50% and backing away from failure to prepare your body for the next growth block. If you are ready to stop chasing meaningless numbers on a barbell and start building a balanced, high-fidelity aesthetic physique, this is your blueprint.

Common questions

Yes, V-Taper Architecture: Elite Hypertrophy is completely free to follow on Boostcamp. Download the app on iOS or Android, find the program, and start your first workout immediately. All 12 weeks are fully unlocked.

This program is built around a full gym. Make sure you have consistent access before starting, since the progression model assumes you can perform the same movements week over week.

Each session typically takes around 60 minutes to complete. That estimate covers your working sets but doesn't account for warm-up or rest between sets, so budget a little extra time when you're first learning the movements.

V-Taper Architecture: Elite Hypertrophy is structured around 5 training days per week, with rest days built in to allow for recovery. The Boostcamp app lets you reschedule sessions if your week doesn't go to plan.

The program runs for 12 weeks. The structure is designed so that each week builds on the last, with weights, volume, or intensity progressively increasing as you go.

V-Taper Architecture: Elite Hypertrophy is available inside the Boostcamp app, free on iOS and Android. Once you download the app, you can search for the program by name. The app tracks all your sets and weights automatically, so you always know exactly what to do next session.
