- Focus on compound lifts: Bench Press, Deadlift, (High Bar due to personal preference) Squat, Military Press - Percentage-based programming for compounds (as written). Add 2.5kg for Bench & Press, 5kg for Squat and Deadlift at the end of the program and run it back, repeat. - Bench & Squat are done together, this is Alpha day. Press & Deadlift are also done together, this is Bravo day - Accessories are structured in two sets. Both to failure, if 12 reps are reached on both sets, up the weight next time. - The accessory selection has been inspired by 5/3/1. Meaning Alpha has 1 push, 1 pull, and 1 leg exercise. Same for Bravo but a different group of exercises. These remain the same for progression purposes. - Abs/Core can be implemented at the end of every workout. Cable crunch or hanging leg raises are recommended. - Do your cardio. Runs, cycling, rowing,… Do them on your off days and/or schedule them in an AM/PM fashion.

Common questions

Yes, Tactical Barbell - Mass Protocol - Grey Man is completely free to follow on Boostcamp. Download the app on iOS or Android, find the program, and start your first workout immediately. All 6 weeks are fully unlocked.

This program is built around a garage gym. Make sure you have consistent access before starting, since the progression model assumes you can perform the same movements week over week.

Each session typically takes around 60 minutes to complete. That estimate covers your working sets but doesn't account for warm-up or rest between sets, so budget a little extra time when you're first learning the movements.

Tactical Barbell - Mass Protocol - Grey Man is structured around 3 training days per week, with rest days built in to allow for recovery. The Boostcamp app lets you reschedule sessions if your week doesn't go to plan.

The program runs for 6 weeks. The structure is designed so that each week builds on the last, with weights, volume, or intensity progressively increasing as you go.

Tactical Barbell - Mass Protocol - Grey Man is available inside the Boostcamp app, free on iOS and Android. Once you download the app, you can search for the program by name. The app tracks all your sets and weights automatically, so you always know exactly what to do next session.
