Fierce 5
This is a revised review after 2 cycles of the program. I didn't feel like I was progressing into I added 1-2 days of extra work through kettlebell sessions or incorporating other bar-based exercises. The concept of linear progression isn't sustainable. Getting it done in 30-45 minutes as suggested is not conducive to growth. You're basically powerlifting at the rate of endurance training. It's self defeating and lends instead to injury/burnout. If you feel the need to gear up, this program is probably great for you, but that's not me. I would recommend using these exercises as a reference point for a 3-day program and find other exercises that work for you if you're a beginner like me. A three day full body program with incorporating bodyweight/core work into each session is the sweet spot for a beginner. Take your time, let your CNS regulate more on the compound lifts with longer breaks and you'll have killer sessions while maintaining linear progression.
