The goal of the Baki Maxing Plan is to take you from being thin, weak, and unconditioned and, over the course of 6-8 months, transform your body into one that is muscular, strong, and capable!

The 3 nine-week programs that make up this plan put extra focus on the muscle groups that give Baki Hanma his signature look, such as his shoulders, quads, arms, chest, calves, and, of course, that DEMON BACK! Not new to gym but had a longer than 10 year break mainly concentrating on cycling. This was a nice program to get back into the swing of things at the gym and combined well with my combined weight loss goals. I’m into week 20 now, almost at my goal body fat percentage without injury or any issues, recommended.

Great program for novice to intermediate lifters interested in hypertrophy. Allows you to explore different exercises and workout patterns within a structured program. Throw in some direct ab work, and adjust the bodyweight exercises to weighted variations if you need.

it’s just planned, you don’t have to think about it. on the other hand it’s getting boring doing same stuff every week and body weight exercises should be open to add weight because for example for me it could just be warmup making 30 pull-ups without weight. also if you don’t eat enough calories as instruction says you are getting leaner which works for my recomp goal. overall nice that someone put effort creating this it’s really good plan
