Tuesday- Upper body/ Push&Pull

Warm-up: Light cardio (5 min), dynamic stretches, hip circles, leg swings.

Deadlift (Smith Machine)

Leg Press (45 Degrees)

Hip Adductor (Machine)

Push Up

Abs Crunch (Machine)

Thursday- Full body/ Deadlift

Warm-up: Light cardio (5 min), dynamic stretches, then 2 light sets of Leg Extensions.
