**Road to Vinfinity** is an intense 8-week program designed to make you a stronger rock climber. I’ve used this program to finally break through the v4/5 plateau and have gotten a better physique in the process. Balance your desire to have thick succulent arms with your desire to climb harder rocks with this balanced program. Designed to be in the gym 3 days a week and climbing 3 days a week with 1 rest day.
