The purpose of the program is to allow you to be more confident when you need to. I’ve always been very insecure in my looks and working out has changed that for the better. In order to get the most out of this program, I would recommend eating at maintenance calories and 1 g of protein per lb of body weight for the first 8 weeks to focus on overload and packing on size. Next, eat in a 250-500 calorie deficit and do about 45 minutes to an hour of cardio every single day to shred off any excess body fat. Consume 1.3 g of protein per lb of body weight.Continue this until you are satisfied with your results. Disclaimer: Do not eat in a large calorie deficit if you are under the age of 18 or you have not finished puberty. If you have any physical or mental disabilities or have past health issues please consult a doctor before following this program. I do not have any professional qualifications so always take a medical opinion over my program. I am simply a guy who considers himself knowledgeable and interested in fitness and loves to help people.

Common questions

Yes, Zac Efron Beach Body Program is completely free to follow on Boostcamp. Download the app on iOS or Android, find the program, and start your first workout immediately. All 12 weeks are fully unlocked.

This program is built around a full gym. Make sure you have consistent access before starting, since the progression model assumes you can perform the same movements week over week.

Each session typically takes around 90 minutes to complete. That estimate covers your working sets but doesn't account for warm-up or rest between sets, so budget a little extra time when you're first learning the movements.

Zac Efron Beach Body Program is structured around 5 training days per week, with rest days built in to allow for recovery. The Boostcamp app lets you reschedule sessions if your week doesn't go to plan.

The program runs for 12 weeks. The structure is designed so that each week builds on the last, with weights, volume, or intensity progressively increasing as you go.

Zac Efron Beach Body Program is available inside the Boostcamp app, free on iOS and Android. Once you download the app, you can search for the program by name. The app tracks all your sets and weights automatically, so you always know exactly what to do next session.
