Program Description
Generalized neck conditioning routine for Combat Sports. Feel free to swap out exercises as needed based on equipment availability or variation. Aim for 10-15 sets per week, adjust volume as needed. Substitutions: Neck curls (plate, dumbell, cable, band, etc) Neck training machines (Iron Neck, Cybex, etc) Wrestler Bridge (not recommended)
